Description

This diptych, "Geometric Hares in Twilight Light," depicts a fusion of nature and abstract form. A family of hares, partially rendered in lush geometric patterns, burrows into a dreamlike landscape bathed in the warm, pink and orange light of a setting sun. By weaving together traditional painting techniques with modern abstraction, a fascinating tactility and multidimensionality is created. The artwork captures both the fleeting movement of the hare and the stillness of nature, while highlighting the artist's signature style where different materials form a dialogue. Acrylic and oil are used to provide structural depth and vibrancy, while the geometric shapes contribute to a reflective experience. It is a balancing act between the fragility of the moment and the eternity of time, enriched with the artist's own interpretation of memory and the presence of nature.
