What is a ceramic decal?

A decal is a printed sheet that you transfer onto ceramic and fire in place. You provide the image. The original file is stored unchanged.

What you receive

Each file becomes its own covercoated A4 waterslide sheet. You apply it and fire it on your own ware. We do not rearrange the artwork.

Materials

The sheets are for glazed porcelain, stoneware, earthenware and tiles. Glass needs a different toner set and is not ordered here. Enamel can be tested. The glaze affects the result. Fire one test sheet on your own ware before a larger run.

Firing

A firing note comes with the sheets. Starting points for porcelain and enamel are on the information page. Your glaze decides the temperature.

    The server calculates the sheet price, tax, and shipping.

    Pay

    Klarna or PayPal when that method is available for the market.

    Review

    A file does not enter production until a person approves it. INEQS receives the order manually.

    Questions

    Can I order A3?

    No. The only size is A4.

    Will you change the image?

    No. The original file is stored without a destructive change.

    Can I use someone else's art?

    No, not without permission from the person who owns the work.

    Does the order go to the print shop automatically?

    No. An administrator sends approved files to INEQS by hand.
