Pear and a small person, or possibly a normal-sized person and a gigantic pear? Humanity seen as an insect, a pest. In traditional still life painting, the Pear holds these symbols: Hope, health, long life, justice, good judgment, love for humanity. I find it exciting to relate this traditional symbolism to our present time, which seems quite surreal to me.
