Börda. A small, emaciated human-like figure carrying a large pear against a diffuse background. Here, I play with symbols that are classic in still life painting, and if you're curious, you can read about them at www.ilsehviid.com. Pears, for example, mean: Hope, health, long life, justice, good judgment, love for humanity. Fruit in general and the naked body also have their meanings.
