Guide
Corporate art
The art in a reception area or meeting room says something about a company before anyone has said a word. On ArtWeb24 you choose works directly in the gallery and contact the artist yourself — the same model as for private buyers, but often with more works, several decision-makers involved, and invoicing questions that differ from a typical personal purchase. There's no central procurement function or style consultancy on the platform: you compare artists and works yourself, then handle the conversation about dimensions, price, delivery, and payment directly with the artist whose work you want to buy. This guide covers choosing art for different parts of the office, buying several works at once, handling the invoicing question, and considering budget and scale.

Choosing art for different parts of the office
Reception is often the place where a larger, more expressive piece works best, while meeting rooms usually do better with calmer motifs that don't distract during meetings.
In open-plan offices, several smaller works can work better than one large piece — compare format and style in the gallery before deciding.
Buying several works for the same office
If you need works for multiple walls or rooms, you can buy from the same artist for a consistent feel, or combine a couple of artists with a related style.
Contact each artist separately about dimensions, availability, and price — each purchase is a separate agreement between you and that artist.
The invoicing question
ArtWeb24 does not issue invoices for the purchase — payment and any invoicing are agreed directly between the company and the artist. Ask the artist about this before you decide, especially if you need an invoice reference or specific payment terms.
Budget and scale
Price is set by each artist individually — there's no central corporate discount, but it's entirely reasonable to ask the artist directly about options for larger orders.
FAQ

- Yes. Contact the artist or artists about quantity and dimensions for the different rooms — everything is agreed directly with them.
- Do you offer on-site installation?
- No, there's no installation service tied to the platform. ArtWeb24 helps you find the work and make contact; hanging is handled by you or a local tradesperson.
